1.General Terms and Acceptance

wnbd is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. The term "Platform" used below refers to wnbd's website, mobile application, and all related services.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the wnbd platform and its users ("you" or "player"). By accessing, registering, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have given your full consent to these terms.

2.Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your registered name, date of birth, and payment account details must all belong to the same person.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited.
• If you need to update any information after registration, contact our support team directly.
• wnbd may request supporting documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to cooperate may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3.Age Requirements and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to use the wnbd platform. Only those aged 21 or above may create an account and participate in betting activities on this platform.

The following individuals are not eligible to use the wnbd platform:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Persons who are legally prohibited from participating in online gaming or betting.
• wnbd officers, employees, and their immediate family members.
• Those whose accounts have previously been permanently closed due to a violation.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

The wnbd platform currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• The depositing account must be registered under the same name as the wnbd account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
• For transactions delayed due to technical issues, contact support with a screenshot.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• wnbd may request identity verification documents to process a withdrawal request.
• If there is an active bonus wager on the account, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

5.Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards Policy

wnbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. By accepting these offers, the associated terms and conditions apply automatically.

Welcome Bonus:

• For new players, a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 10 times the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• The bonus can only be claimed once and one bonus applies per new account.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• wnbd reserves the right to cancel any bonus if evidence of abuse is found.
• Promotional offers have a specific validity period and cannot be claimed after the deadline.
• Terms for VIP cashback and other loyalty rewards are announced separately.

6.Betting Rules and Gaming Terms

All types of sports betting and casino gaming on the wnbd platform are conducted under specific rules.

• The amount of each bet must fall within the specified minimum and maximum limits (set separately for each game).
• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The result of a game affected by a technical error may be cancelled or reconsidered at wnbd's discretion.
• If a cricket, football, or other sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally returned (subject to specific conditions).
• Official scores are used to determine sports betting results. In the event of any dispute, wnbd's decision is final.
• wnbd is not responsible for losses caused by connection issues during live betting.

7.Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wnbd platform. Such activities may result in account closure and legal action:

• Placing bets using software, bots, scripts, or other automated methods.
• Any form of hacking or technical manipulation to alter game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Strategically exploiting the bonus system to collect bonuses (bonus abuse / bonus hunting).
• Attempting to access another user's account information.
• Making false or misleading complaints against wnbd.
• Taking unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors or bugs.

8.Account Suspension and Closure Policy

wnbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any situation without prior notice.

Reasons for account suspension or closure may include:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspicion of fraud.
• Non-cooperation with the security verification process.
• If evidence is found that the user is under 21 years of age.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, contact our support team via live chat. Ensure all legitimate funds are withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.Personal Data Protection and Privacy
